Can you quote without seeing my phone?
We can usually share an estimated range from the exact model and symptoms. The final quote is confirmed after diagnosis and before work begins.
Do you offer doorstep repair?
Pickup or doorstep support depends on your PIN code, device and repair type. Send your location on WhatsApp and we will confirm what is available.
Will a screen or battery repair delete my data?
These repairs normally do not require data deletion. We still recommend a backup whenever the phone remains usable.
Do you use genuine parts?
Part availability differs by brand and model. Where more than one grade is available, we explain the source, compatibility, expected quality and warranty before you choose.
Can only the broken glass be changed?
Glass-only repair may be possible when the picture, touch and display panel are working correctly. The device must be checked before this option is confirmed.
How long will the repair take?
Time depends on diagnosis, part availability and repair complexity. We share an estimate before accepting the job and contact you if it changes.
What does the warranty cover?
Coverage depends on the selected part and repair. The duration, inclusions and exclusions are explained in writing before approval. New physical or liquid damage is normally excluded.
Can you repair a water-damaged phone?
Water damage requires inspection because corrosion can affect multiple components over time. We will explain the likely repair path after diagnosis.
Which phone brands do you repair?
We commonly service Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, Google Pixel, Xiaomi, Oppo and Vivo devices. Contact us with the exact model to confirm support.
Where is your mobile repair workshop?
Our workshop is at 10/6, Khichripur, East Delhi, Delhi 110091. Please call before visiting so we can confirm the right technician and part availability.
Which areas do you serve?
We support customers across Delhi, Noida and Gurugram. Pickup or doorstep options depend on the PIN code and repair type.
What is the senior-citizen charging support scheme?
Senior citizens can receive free charging-issue diagnosis, charging-port cleaning and minor charging-repair labour at our East Delhi workshop. Replacement parts and complex motherboard work are not included, and any cost is explained before approval. Please call before visiting.
Should I back up my phone first?
Yes, whenever possible. A current backup is the safest approach before any hardware diagnosis or repair.
